Covid19; 15 students test positive in Tarkwa.

fifteen students from basic, Junior, Senior and Tertiary institutions in the Tarkwa-Nsuaem Municipality of the Western Region have tested positive for Covid-19. This information was disclosed by the Municipal Health Director for Tarkwa-Nsuaem, Caroline Effah Otoo. Sekyere Kumawu District gets a new library from First lady.

First Lady of Ghana, Her excellency Rebecca Akuffo- Addo has commissioned and handed over a newly built library at Kumawu for the Sekyere Kumawu District and the Ghana Library Authority in the Ashanti Region.  The library was constructed, furnished and resourced by the Rebecca Foundation, with the support of the Ghana Education Service, Ghana Library Authority and Book Aid International with the aim to encourage reading among children in the area.
